This week's flavours. Auyama, sautéed onion, herb oil, fresh sage and oregano (Asiago to be added during baking). The other is roasted pepper, goat cheese, fresh basil and herb oil. The breads measure 13" x 18" (a standard cookie sheet) and cost 600RD/bread (12USD).
