From the community of Rio Canoa we plan to produce exquisite sweet chocolate with no sugar. A delicious superfood! How to achieve this is being discussed and discovered by industry giants in the world of chocolate now. In Rio Canoa we came up with this idea four years ago! you can do this by replacing sugar with freeze dried sweet cocoa fruit. Another innovative first in Rio Canoa is our fruit flavor augmentation thru the cocoa seed fermentation process. We can achieve chocolate with subtle to strong fruit flavors without having any fruit involved in the actual chocolate making process!
When fully operational our chocolate factory will produce just 40,000 units/ year. We plan to set a high price. Pure chocolate is only getting rarer and more expensive. Soon it will only be a high end product. We plan to crossover into the health food market as well because the benefits of sugar free chocolate is immense including, 40 times the antioxidants of blueberries, highest plant based source of Iron, full of magnesium for a healthy heart and brain, and more calcium than cow`s milk, and adding greatly in stem cell production and health.
Each of our chocolate bars can easily be traced to the exact family cocoa farm in Rio Canoa with video of the harvest process, fermentation and drying, and chocolate making from our community factory.
We are still needing more interested investors to complete the construction and buy equipment and get fully operational!
There is no better, sustainable, or affordable place to operate a chocolate factory than at the source!
