Gran Feria Sabatino's--Grill-tastic First Saturday of July Menu
To have a fair actually happen on the Fourth of July is such a treat! We've put together a menu that balances sweet and savory; a couple options even blend the two.
Red, White, & Blue Berry Cake: $3/slice ~ $20 whole (9")
A lusciously tender cake baked with fresh berries inside and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar
Sugar Cookies: $1 each or 3 for $2.50

Apple Crisp: $2.50/serving ~ $18/pan (8" x 10")
No Fourth of July holiday is complete without something apple--our homemade apple filling made with brown sugar and cinnamon topped with a crunchy oatmeal streusel mixture
Strawberry Pretzel "Salad" Cups: $4 each
This is our kind of salad! Layers of crushed pretzels, fresh strawberries, and our special cream
Red, White, & Brie Galette: $4/slice ~ $30 whole (12")
A free-form puff pastry delight baked with brie and cranberry sauce then drizzled with balsamic glaze
Watermelon Blueberry Feta Salad: $4.50/half-pound (1-2 servings)
Seeded fresh watermelon bits, plump blueberries, and crumbled feta tossed with a light lime vinaigrette
Philly Cheesesteak Bake: $4.50/slice ~ $35 whole (10")
Tender sliced beef, caramelized onions and peppers, and cheese baked into something irresistible
Twice Baked Potato Pie: $4/slice ~ $30 whole (10")
Skin-on, smashed potatoes form the crust of this pie filled with a rich, fluffy mash blended with sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions, and bacon
