*Gran Feria Sabatino's--May, First Saturday Menu*

There's a big holiday/event weekend the first weekend of May so we're bringing lots of themed delights. You'll find items for the Kentucky Derby, Cinco de Mayo (a little early), and Mother's Day (even earlier).

Hot Brown Stuffed Buttermilk Biscuits: $4 each
A tender buttermilk biscuit baked with a filling of all things Hot Brown--turkey, bacon, tomato, and cheese

Pimento Cheese: $18/lb. (pre-order only; max 10 lbs. available)
Our zesty spread made with Gouda--you'll never be able to tell it's not Cheddar--pimentos, and a tangy dressing to bring it all together into creamy goodness

Bourbon Caramel Pecan Chocolate Cheesecake: $4.50/slice ~ $48 whole (10")
Our decadent chocolate cheesecake decked out for the Kentucky Derby with a topping of bourbon caramel and chopped pecans

Kentucky Butter Cake: $2/slice ~ $30 whole (12" Bundt)
A simple but delectable butter cake finished with a salty-sweet butter glaze

Mexican Breakfast Casserole: $4/square ~ $28 whole (8" x 10" pan)
Chorizo, jalapeños, black beans, and cheese layered with crispy corn tortillas and baked in a zesty egg mixture

Guacamole Polenta Crust Quiche: $3.50/slice ~ $28 whole (9")
No, not really guacamole, but all of those same flavors and textures in a quiche. Avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, a hint of lime. We'll leave the heat out of this one, and you're on your own with the cilantro.

Mother's Day Sugar Cookies: $1 each
Our soft and chewy sugar cookies decorated for Mother's Day. Surprise the special women in your life with an early gift or treat yourself!

Pecan Tartlets: $1.50 each
Tender cream cheese pastry filled with gooey pecan decadence

Cinnamon Cream Cheese Muffins: $2.50 each
A dollop of lightly sweetened cream cheese baked inside a tender muffin with just the right amount of cinnamon

The only way to get exactly what you want is to place your order by 3 PM on Tuesday, April 28. Otherwise, we'll see you at Gran Feria Sabatino's on Saturday, May 2.

A few people have been waiting patiently for us to make our chili again. We're not making them wait any longer. If chili isn't your thing, we're making a simply delicious baked pasta dish with lots of cheese and sauce. Our cornbread will work well with either of these options but especially with the chili.

Cheesy Baked Spaghetti: $28 (6-8 servings); $22 (4-5 servings)
Beef & Bean Chili: $9/lb. (2-3 servings)
Cornbread: $3/square

Orders are due by 3 PM on Tuesday, April 21. When ordering please include the following information.

Preference of pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery
Preferred pick-up or delivery day (Thursday or Friday)
Delivery address, if applicable
Phone number

Pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery is available Thursday or Friday, April 23 or 24 between 10 AM and 2 PM. Once all of the orders are received, we'll be able to confirm a more specific time frame. Delivery is free for orders of at least $25.

*April 18 Gran Feria Sabatino's--April, Third Saturday Menu*

A daring new checkerboard cake awaits you as well as two of your favorite savory items and several tempting sweets. Orders are due by 3 PM on Tuesday, April 14. Otherwise we'll see you on Saturday!

Italian Beef and Sausage Pie: $6/slice ~ $45 whole (10")
Seasoned ground beef, sweet Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, sautéed peppers and onions, and sliced green olives are layered then baked until golden

Pesto Pasta Crust Veggie Tart: $4/slice ~ $30 whole (12")
Angel hair pasta tossed with our traditional pesto and turned into a crispy, chewy crust for a vegetable tart filled with goat cheese, tomatoes, zucchini, and artichokes

Peanut Buster Brownie Trifle: $4 each
A riff on the famous Dairy Queen treat--brownies layered with our special cream, homemade chocolate sauce, and salted peanuts

Lemon Poppyseed Muffins: $2.50 each
Beautifully domed, fluffy lemon scented muffins with poppyseeds baked inside

Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake: $3/slice ~ $24 whole (10")
Tender cake baked with fresh blueberries, cream cheese filling, and a crunchy streusel topping
