Light as Breath

Often we say we want more happiness, wellbeing, and light in our lives. Yet when we look more closely at what we are bringing into our bodies, it does not always match that desire. How can we expect to feel vibrant, alive, and full of energy when we regularly consume foods that are dull, lifeless, dehydrated, or decomposing?

Fresh, vibrant, ripe, organic, nutrient-dense whole fruits are the most life giving foods on Earth. When someone consistently nourishes themselves with such fruits long term, what once seemed impossible can begin to feel real.

Yesterday we celebrated Adrienn’s birthday 🎉 To make her favorite fruitarian activity even more special, we went on a trip 🚗 with the idea of harvesting fresh fruits from nearby farms and foraging in wilder areas.

It brought us a real sense of excitement, novelty, and adventure. It was our first time picking and eating dragon fruit directly from a cactus 🙂

The fruitluck that followed was incredibly tasty 😋, energizing ⚡, nourishing, and deeply fulfilling 😊🙏

We are so grateful to be introduced to functional training to support our fruitarian lifestyle and wellbeing.💎

Last two months of consistent training we experience already better posture, balance, function, strength.💪🏃🏻‍♂️

Our efficiency towards caring for fruit trees🌳 and the garden👨‍🌾 keeps increasing and our energy levels, functionality and metabolism is becoming more consistent ⚡🧡

We are enjoying growing towards reaching our potential as raw fruitarians 🥭

We are so grateful for Hampus daily help maintaining the fruit trees and the farm.🌳🥭

It has been a joy seeing him learning and applying fruit trees maintenance and permaculture 👨‍🌾. Digging, planting, weeding, cutting & mulching, harvesting

Since he arrived he is getting stronger 💪 and more functional due to his functional training, daily fresh fruits, light exposure, minimal pollution etc.

Today Adrienn harvested and ate the biggest papaya in Fruitarian Eutopia so far😋. The bio electricity, vibrancy, taste and texture were exceptionally balanced and fulfilling👌🏻.

At the end of the year me, Hambus and Adrienn visited a waterfall 🌊nearby and enjoyed a fruitluck of freshly harvested fruits🍍. It was an opportunity for us to reflect and shed the past year, while embracing the new year with goals, hopes and dreams.🎆
