I believe we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg with regards to power outages. Because of this we are discontinuing sausage production until further notice. We are working on a possible solution but at this time we don't know if it is economically feasible. If we can't have confidence that the freezers and refrigerators are operating at a certain level, we can't dare sell our product. As always we appreciate your business and ask for your patience.

The following products will be available for pickup at Jhimy's Food on Saturday September 7 from 9-10:30. Orders will be accepted by PM ONLY from July 29 until September 3 on a first come basis, so get your order in early. WE WILL NOT HAVE CHANGE, so either have the correct amount of your purchase or we can issue you a credit voucher to be used on your next purchase. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.

SMOKED SAUSAGE: Nothing fancy, just a great blend of savory spices left in the smokehouse until fully cooked. A very versatile sausage that can be used for any meal. Of all of the sausages I make, this is my favorite. Since this one is fully cooked, you can eat it hot or cold. Try it, you will order it over and over. Comes in packages of 1 lb

BISCUITS: 1 dozen for $6.00.

Frozen Granny's buttermilk biscuits
These are from My Great-grandmother's recipe. They have a nice faint buttermilk flavor. I think they are a lighter than the Southern biscuits.
These are frozen and have not been prebaked. Take them from the bag to a preheated 350F oven. Let them bake for 25-35 minutes.

PULLED PORK $10.00 per LB.

JALAPENO CHEESE SAUSAGE:
A mild yet flavorful pork sausage. We remove
the veins and seeds to reduce the heat while
leaving the flavor.

Hi y'all. As you probably know, Kathryn broke her ankle and will be down for about 6 weeks. Also, Richard is on vacation seeing his girls in Canada. The sausage operation requires more than one person to operate. For these reasons, the 6/8 pick up will be our last for a couple of months. We do have some inventory, and will be able to fill most of your orders. We we fill as many as we can with current inventory. Thanks for your understanding.
