-Dinner/Lunch party- 55 Euro/person
from a few dishes for a bigger group to such an elaborate dinner (minimum 6 people)

-Lunch boxes-16 Euro/box
(an order is minimum 6 boxes to maximum 10 boxes)

We can discuss about the fol

In Taiwan, we say that good fortune comes with water!

Yesterday, it rained heavily all day in Tallinn. When I walked in, I told my client this little story! It was a great way to start a party with a touch of Taiwanese culture.

My client had just returned from a vacation in Taiwan at the end of June. This was the first time I had introduced “Fried Silver Fish with Peanut “ as a common appetizer in Taiwanese restaurants to a guest, and one of them told me that this was the taste she had been missing.

It was a Taiwan food memory recall party!
I am so happy that my clients told me these dishes found their memory back. They told me that they had so many good memories about Taiwanese food, beautiful science & nice people there.

I would like to thank the nice people they had met in Taiwan, that your friendly interactions with them with good impressions make my work better.

夏日花園派對！
The party in the garden in Estonian summer time is a wonderful view of my mind.
And I just joined one lovely & cozy party yesterday.

The client told me that she knew me from the pineapple cake from the Taiwan national birthday party in Tallinn. After that she followed me on instagram. When I heard this, I just felt how lucky I am.
This party was her family relocation party, she will move back to her home town soon.

The client ordered three dishes from me: Lu-Wei Platter, Crispy Salted Chicken & Garlic Cumin Pork Ribs. And they also prepared a lot of delicious dishes for nearly 60 guests.
And some of the guests whom we have met!

It’s my pleasure to be one part of this big party!
To serve the Taiwan dishes in the beautiful summer garden party.
To meet new guests & old friends.
To meet a lovely family!

The client ordered the catering service before relocation.
He ordered Boba Tea Cupcakes & Lu-Wei platter that he is also from Taiwan with another relocation which was a long time ago.

After I moved to Estonia, I met some people who are also from Taiwan, and we thought we wouldn't know each other in Taiwan.
And most of all, every time no matter where I am, working or meeting friends, I always feel what I received is more than what I gave.

There was a wonderful team event party from one unicorn company last night. I heard a lot of laughter with funny jokes while cooking in the kitchen.
The atmosphere was so chill & happy.

The client who ordered 25 times for the parties, and some of the guests are kind of old friends for me. I prepared many new dishes this time to present the richness and diversity of Taiwanese cuisine.

And most of all, thank you to my client who gave me so many chances to present my Taiwanese food. It constantly inspires my passion for and desire to learn more about Taiwanese cuisine.

Estonia is well known for its IT innovation & start- up environment.
Estonia holds the highest density of unicorn companies per capita in the world. And my client hosted an Engineer Managers from well-known technology companies party last night!

It was the first time that the main topic was about AI in the tea ceremony. Usually I am the story teller at the tea ceremony, and I was so lucky to be in the audience.

Thank you to my client for giving me the chance to present my Taiwanese food at this special party where I learned a lot of from the guests’ sharing opinions.

There is a word called “Sakura Line” . 🌸
The line starts from the spring, it is usually February in Taiwan, and it is present now in Estonia. I design the Mt. Jade photo & the Formosan cherry to make a new style of the menu to bring new energy to the party.

It is my honor to hold this unicorn company for the team events from years ago. And I like to bring new elements to the party to present to the richness of Taiwanese food culture.

Goldfish dumpling

There are so many types of dumpling in Taiwan. Not only the meat or vegetable dumpling, but also many different shapes.

The filling of this goldfish dumpling is shrimp & pork and the colorings are from natural fruit powder.

Goldfish symbolize wealth and fulfillment in Taiwan. It brings the money & luck home. So there are a lot of goldfish sharps decorations in Taiwan.
