Everyone who likes macarons must try this goodness. Chocolate desserts usually seems heavy, but this cookies are different. Soft, bit crunchy and chewie, flavourful, with little hint of passion fruit ☺️🎀

So easy and yet so hard. All you need, to make macaron shells is egg whites, sugar, and almond flour. But these are cookies that require time, patience and practice. Some say that, luck is involved with macaron making because of humidity on particular day, that a you can't control.
