ϖ THE MIST EFFECT
We use liquefied nitrogen in the preparation process, which creates an impressive cloud of mist around the ice-cream. The temperature of liquid nitrogen is -196°C, which means that it takes effect in seconds and causes the ice crystals in the ice-cream to remain very small. The Udu Nitrogen Ice Cream Bar does not have a fixed menu. We will listen to your wishes and taste preferences and suggest a solution based on them. We prefer to use local, in-season ingredients. We also make vegan ice-cream.
