VOOL Events and Elamusstuudio produced the Port of Tallinn / Tallinna Sadam 2024 Gala Event, which showcased the port's dedication to technological advancements and sustainability practices under the theme "Smart port / Tark sadam." Held on January 19th at the Tallinna Kruiisiterminal, the evening was guided by an 8-meter-high LED screen, symbolizing the port's embrace of digital innovation.
Adding to the futuristic ambiance, the event featured Tambet Tuisk as a digital AI host, captivating audiences not only at the Port of Tallinn Gala in Estonia but also simultaneously making waves in Hungary. Complementing the theme, the gala also included interactive elements such as performances by KVARK teadusteater / Science Theater, robot attendants, and a holographic speech by Port of Tallinn CEO Kalm, showcasing the port's commitment to cutting-edge technology.
Musical entertainment was provided by Kristjan Kasearu and the Funkywise band, adding a lively touch to the proceedings. Behind the scenes, Videal led the technical production, ensuring a seamless ex*****on of the event and catering by Caviar Catering. Event project management was overseen by Jarl Kraag, while Sten Skolimowski provided creative direction. Rene Lutterus Meedia captured the evening's memorable moments through photography, and Georg Puhm contributed to the visual design aspects.
