Cranberries have a reputation: too tart for kids. 🍒
And yes — on their own, they can be quite sharp. But that doesn’t mean they don’t belong on a kid’s plate.
A simple trick: use cranberry powder in things that already have natural sweetness — smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal. You get the vitamin C and polyphenols, without the “too sour” moment.
Same berry, just a friendlier introduction.
