The Fairy tale:
Once upon a time 3 smart kings from 3 faraway places came together to a small town called Tallinn... Each of them brought together with him a gift... It was not just any kind of a gift, but special one... Separately all of those gifts were no special items, but together they make a perfect harmony called... well you will know later if you keep on reading...
The first king, the sma
rt one, was from a far away kingdom called Water World. Their kingdom was all in the water floating around on the edge of the world. He brought something that is so daily but vital for their everyday life. A barrel of pure life water. That would spring up any kind of living forms and is essential for living. The second king came from a far away country in the wild forest where was a no mans land and only the locals would survive the harsh winters and logistics in the woods. In the middle of the woods there are magical farmlands that produce the golden & shining grains that we have never seen. From the tallest forest trees the locals smoke and fire will roast the best barley and rye seeds we have ever seen and tasted. It turns the golden grains into pure chocolate and pale flavors that are full of malt to feed us forever surviving those cold winters...
The third King came from even a further kingdom nobody had ever heard of. It was supposed to be in the new world somewhere over the ocean. It was called West Indies where the spiciest plants and weirdest animals live together with indigenous tribes. They have no meaning of ownership and are so kind that they give away anything they dont need. So thats were the new settler king got the special spices that turn your mouth upsidetown and inside out when u smell and taste them too much. In the right amount it is a very special ingredient. Wild Hops.That make you hop around of the crazy spice and bitter taste. All of the kings came here together as it was their mission to start something new and wait for what was going to be born. The last very special ingredient what was needed is local. It is actually everywhere you look, but you cannot see that with your eyes. But its surrounds everything that is living. It was so special they even didnt know it existed until all of those magical ingredients where mixed together into one big pool of liquid, malt & hops and with a magical touch out of nowhere the mix takes a turn into life with the last ingredient yeast. Three Kings Brewery, was established by 3 Fraternity Leola foxes: Martin Born, Maido Käära, Jörgen Remmelkoor. In our pico-brewery we mostly produce Ales and other rare beers here in Estonia.
