Half the bunch always ends up in the bin.

You buy parsley for one dish. Three days later it's a dark,
wet clump at the back of the drawer.

Ours are cut clean and packed dry so they last long enough
to get used twice.

Coriander for the molokhia.
Dill for the rice.
Thyme for the roast chicken.
Parsley for everything else.
