أعلنت مجموعة كابيتال آجرو عن تدشين مشروعها الجديد لإنشاء مجمع لوجيستي متكامل للتخزين المجمد “ثلاجات عملاقة مع خطوط فرز وتعبئة” باستثمارات 25 مليون دولار، حيث يتم ضخ استثمار بقيمة 15 مليون دولار خلال العام الجاري، وسيتم استثمار 10 مليون إضافية حتى عام 2027.
وبدأت كابيتال آجرو في إنشاء منصة لوجيستية متكاملة لخدمات الإيداع، التداول وتوفير المساحات التخزينية لكافة المواد الغذائية المجمدة مع استخدام تقنيات متطورة وذكية يتم استخدامها لأول مرة في مصر في قطاع تخزين وتداول المواد الغذائية المجمدة والتي تهدف لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية المساهمة في توفير المساحات التخزينية للمواد الغذائية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.

Capital Agro for Import & Export Group has announced the launch of a new $25m logistics complex dedicated to frozen food storage and distribution, featuring large-scale freezers and integrated sorting and packaging lines. The investment includes $15m allocated for 2025, with an additional $10m planned through 2027.
The company has begun developing a fully integrated logistics platform to provide warehousing, trading, and storage services for frozen food products, incorporating advanced smart technologies being introduced for the first time in Egypt’s cold storage and distribution sector. The initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, expand national storage capacity, and support food security through improved supply chain performance.
Strategically located in Belbeis, Sharkia Governorate, the complex lies near key seaports, industrial zones, and agricultural centres, allowing direct access to production sources and consumer markets. The facility will be constructed on land owned by the Sharkia National Food Company, which Capital Agro has secured under a 25-year usufruct agreement.

باستثمارات 25 مليون دولار.. مشروع لوجيستي متكامل لدعم تخزين وتداول المواد الغذائية

أعلنت مجموعة كابيتال آجرو عن تدشين مشروعها الجديد لإنشاء مجمع لوجيستي متكامل للتخزين المجمد “ثلاجات عملاقة مع خطوط فرز وتعبئة” باستثمارات 25 مليون دولار، حيث يتم ضخ استثمار بقيمة 15 مليون دولار خلال العام الجاري، وسيتم استثمار 10 مليون إضافية حتى عام 2027.

وبدأت كابيتال آجرو في إنشاء منصة لوجيستية متكاملة لخدمات الإيداع، التداول وتوفير المساحات التخزينية لكافة المواد الغذائية المجمدة مع استخدام تقنيات متطورة وذكية يتم استخدامها لأول مرة في مصر في قطاع تخزين وتداول المواد الغذائية المجمدة والتي تهدف لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية المساهمة في توفير المساحات التخزينية للمواد الغذائية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.

وخططت كابيتال آجرو لإنشاء المشروع بمنطقة جغرافية لوجيستية تقع بالقرب من الموانئ البحرية والنقاط الجغرافية الصناعية “بلبيس” في محافظة الشرقية، تتوسط المواقع الزراعية والصناعية وقربها من الأسواق الاستهلاكية، ويقع المشروع على أراضي تابعة للشركة الشرقية الوطنية للأمن الغذائي والتي حصلت الشركة على حق الانتفاع بها لمدة 25 عام.

ويقع المشروع الجديد على مساحة 30 ألف متر مربع تقريباً، وتبلغ الطاقة التشغيلية ما يتجاوز 30 ألف باليتة يتضمن خطوط غسيل وفرز وتعبئة للخضروات والفاكهة، مما يجعل المشروع واحد من أهم المشاريع اللوجيستية المتكاملة التي ستطلق خلال العام الحالي والتي تركز على “بنك البضائع” من إيداع، سحب، تداول، وحتى تحليل بيانات المخزون وتتبع مستويات المخزون.

وتهدف كابيتال آجرو إلى تمكين الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإدارة الفعالة والذكية لتسهيل عملية التخزين والتجميد بالإضافة إلى مراقبة الغرف التخزينية وتحديث البيانات بشكل مستمر، ويعمل المشروع بالطاقة الشمسية والمتجددة.

وتتعاون كابيتال آجرو مع بيوت خبرة مميزة للاستفادة من الخبرات المختلفة في المجال، إلى جانب الخبرات اليابانية، الصينية، والألمانية لإنجاز المشروع بأفضل الطرق من حيث تكنولوجيا التشغيل والإدارة.
