Jouk'appetit Jouka has always made passion the center of his success, it all started with his love for the desert.

At 17 years of age, he pursued his passion and in a few years became one of the pioneers in his field, desert tourism. Cooking was always part of running his business for the past 25 years, whether through his hotels, events, or desert travels. A few years back, Jouka decided to set a new challenge in pursuing his passion for the ART of cooking. He applied and completed his university degree from

the Académie de Lyon in France in a record time of 1 year. After his studies, He started his own small catering business in Lyon where he used to cater for individuals and small groups. In January 2020 he decided to come back home and could not let go of the idea of presenting the Egyptian market with a new level of food passion and excellence through jouka’appetit.
