Buenos dias lovely people!

As most of you know we will be moving to Salobreña soon.

We have had a wonderful time in Almuñecar, both as a family and as a business, but it is time for us to move on.

For now the shop will remain closed. As soon as we settle in Salobreña we will let you know our next steps :)

If you are or know of anyone who would like to take over the shop or just the inventory, please let us know, it is up for traspaso. We are located close to the Ayuntamiento, next to the the new Ale Hop and on the corner with the famous Plaza de los Higuitos. The shop has been updated (new electric, new plumbing, new toilet, pantry etc) and has a wonderful landlord! We all know that is hard to find :)

Thank you for your trust, your support and your business! Hope to see you soon!

We are looking for the lovely couple who came in this afternoon to get two hotdogs (one of them California without jalapeños): we counted wrong and owe you some change 🤦‍♀️. Please, come back!

It has been a busy summer! Now the winter is approaching and the temperatures drop you might crave something different than a salad, we know we sometimes do :) We have very tasty paninis and wraps, but especially for these colder months we have HOT DOGS!

Enjoy the Classico ( mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup), the German ( sauerkraut, fried onions, mayonnaise and ketchup), the California ( onion, tomato, jalapeño, mayonnaise and ketchup) or the Baked ( cheddar, mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup) for just 4€!

We keep thinking of ´cool´ new recipes for you to try :) This time we have created a salad without lettuce or pasta, just proteins and vitamins! We present the very ´cool´ and filling Ensalada de Garbanzos with garbanzos as the main star and feta, egg, tomato, cucumber and red onion to give it a nice crunch. Topped with olive oil and a balsamico dressing.

How are you all coping with the heat? After celebrating the city festival and the feria, calm has returned a bit, but the heat remains for a while :)

To make it a little more enjoyable, we present a new product: white asparagus! A classic ingredient in every Spanish ensalada mixta o de la casa, but perhaps not yet known to the general public. Come and taste it!

We are trying a new product: artichokes! Delicious and healthy :)

´Artichokes are low in fat while rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Particularly high in folate and vitamin C, they also supply important minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.´ https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/artichoke-benefits

Buenas! We wanted to share that we have installed a nice umbrella to give some shade to our store, but also people looking at the menu or waiting for their order to be ready :) but.......we can hardly believe it....the umbrella has been up for exactly 3 minutes before it got stolen! In broad daylight, with us in the store and the door open! We know it is very hot these days, but please, can we just be civil? Will order a new one, keep you posted!
