What to Expect?
I’ve prepared an engaging talk on the rich history of Andalusian wines. Together, we’ll dive into the winemaking traditions of the region, learn how sherries are crafted, and explore the most renowned bodegas of southern Spain.

We’ll discuss the three key towns where sherry is produced, take a closer look at winemaking techniques, see how the grapes are cultivated, and talk about what influences each wine’s style and flavor.

The tasting will feature several unfortified sherries, known as «vinos de pasto,» as well as fortified sherries, including manzanilla, fino, amontillado, and oloroso.
