Cosy baking season is nearly here!!🍂perfect time to make apple and cinnamon loaf cake 🍎 so easy, one bowl and proper fluffy

220ml soya milk Alpro
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
80g vegan plain yoghurt
120ml vegetable oil
230g caster sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
350g plain flour
2tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
150g chopped apple

- line a 1lb loaf tin with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180c fan
- Whisk together the wet ingredients followed by the dry until smooth. Then fold in the chopped apple
- Add the batter to the tin with more apple and cinnamon. Bake for 55-65 mins until a skewer comes out clean
- Top with water icing or icing sugar
