A friend of mine, Jordi, once said at G.O.D. Bar in China town, Bangkok:
“I like my martini very dry… just show the gin the bottle of NP. Wave it at it"
Served there with sashimi of sea urchin, eaten from back of hand while you sip.
With Rawal’s subtle kombu note…
that pairing would be very interesting. One day we will try and pull that off.
