A friend of mine, Jordi, once said at G.O.D. Bar in China town, Bangkok:
“I like my martini very dry… just show the gin the bottle of NP. Wave it at it"

Served there with sashimi of sea urchin, eaten from back of hand while you sip.
With Rawal’s subtle kombu note…
that pairing would be very interesting. One day we will try and pull that off.

Bon dia a tothom!
He estado un poco desconectado estas últimas semanas por un tema de ojos… pero ya está solucionado y estoy recuperando 🙌
En una semana vuelvo con ganas de hacer catas, visitar bares/restaurantes etc y compartir el buen rollo, el sabor y la vibra real de Rawal.

Wowzwer this was one crazy idea but it works! A Rawal Gin old fashioned. 60ml Rawal, 10ml Rawal panela spiced sirope, 3 drops orange bitters, ice, stir, orange twist! Boom! It's beginning to taste a lot like Christmas 🎄
