Every bottle of RONÏS begins long before the first bubbles appear, in the organic vineyards of Penedès, the birthplace of Cava. This unique region combines limestone and clay soils, warm sunny days, and cooling Mediterranean breezes to produce grapes with freshness, minerality, and balance.

At the heart of our Cavas are six carefully selected grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Garnacha Negra, and Pinot Noir. Each contributes its own character to the final blend, from freshness and structure to elegance, fruit expression, and depth.

Grown with respect for the land and crafted to express their origin, these grapes tell the story of Penedès in every bottle.
