Veus es uno de nuestros proyectos más especiales. Por primera vez, decidimos abrir el proceso de creación de un nuevo vino. Reunimos a restauradores y sumilleres de Mallorca y Menorca para hacer algo poco habitual: participar directamente en el ensamblaje de un vino que todavía estaba en crianza. 🍷
Sobre la mesa había cuatro variedades ecológicas y criadas en barricas de 500 litros: Escursac, Manto Negro, Callet y Gorgollassa. Cada participante trabajó con probetas, haciendo diferentes pruebas y buscando el equilibrio que consideraba más interesante. Después, se realizó una media entre todas las propuestas y de ahí nació el coupage final.
Detrás de este vino hay conversaciones, criterios distintos, sensibilidades diferentes y muchas personas que han aportado algo suyo al resultado final.
Por eso el nombre tenía que ser VEUS.
Porque representa exactamente eso: voces.✨

Veus is one of our most special projects. For the first time, we decided to open up the creation process of a new wine. We brought together restaurateurs and sommeliers from Mallorca and Menorca to do something unusual: take part in blending a wine that was still ageing. 🍷
On the table were four organic grape varieties, each aged in 500-litre barrels: Escursac, Manto Negro, Callet and Gorgollassa. Using test tubes, each participant created different blends, searching for the balance they found most interesting. The final wine was born from the average of all those proposals.
Behind this wine are conversations, different perspectives, unique sensitivities and many people who each contributed something of their own to the final result.
That is why it had to be called VEUS.
Because it represents exactly that: voices. ✨
