Nos visitó de nuevo el incendio dejando en su camino su aroma a destrucción, 2021, 2022, 2026, tres veces en los últimos cinco años hemos recibido su visita, en 2020 la pandemia fue telonera….pero las viñas resisten y nosotros debemos seguir su ejemplo, resistir, trabajar, porfiar y dar lo mejor que tengamos en el empeño, aunque se haga cada vez más difícil.
La viñas y el vino que genera no es solo una planta pegada al suelo que produce uva, en la elaboración de los vinos de Gredos el factor entorno es indispensable, la biodiversidad de los alrededores es lo que los hace especiales y ahora todo está comprometido de nuevo, toca rehabilitar y ayudar a que todo vuelva a su sitio, porque todo es uno y necesario, seguro que la tristeza actual se convertirá en sonrisa pronto.
Mandamos un abrazo de ánimo a todos los compañeros de la zona con los que ahora compartimos una imagen borrosa con el convencimiento de que la naturaleza se abrirá paso de nuevo y lo veremos todo mucho más claro pronto.
The fire has visited us once again, leaving its scent of destruction in its wake: 2021, 2022, 2026 – we have been visited three times in the last five years; in 2020, the pandemic was the opening act… But the vines are holding out, and we must follow their example: to persevere, to work, to strive and to give our very best to the cause, even as it becomes increasingly difficult.
The vines and the wine they produce are not merely plants rooted in the ground that yield grapes; in the production of Gredos wines, the environment is indispensable. The biodiversity of the surrounding area is what makes them special, and now everything is under threat once more. It is time to restore and help everything return to its rightful place, because everything is interconnected and essential. We are certain that the sadness we feel today will soon turn into smiles.
We send a warm embrace of encouragement to all our colleagues in the area, with whom we now share a blurred image, in the firm belief that nature will find a way through once more and we’ll see everything much more clearly soon.
