Visiting Chateau Y’quem was one of the highlights of our trip this summer. I’ve always loves these wines but seeing Sauternes helps me understand them so much better. Also the fabulous Lafaurie Peyraguey is not to be missed. 🇫🇷🍷

We recently visited Domaine Denis in Burgundy to taste the 2023 vintages. Clean, pure and linear- it’s always evident that these grapes are picked at exactly the right time. Corton Charlemagne is consistently a favorite but so in Corton Paulands. 🇫🇷🍷
