Copper vessels have been used traditionally in Ayurveda for storing water. Copper is also valued for its natural antimicrobial properties, although claims about specific health benefits of drinking copper-infused water should be treated with care.

💧 Copper Neti Pot
The Neti Pot is a traditional Ayurvedic tool used for nasal irrigation. When used correctly with an appropriate saline solution, nasal rinsing can help wash away mucus, allergens and other irritants from the nasal passages.
The copper design adds a traditional touch to this centuries-old practice.

Los recipientes de cobre se han utilizado tradicionalmente en el Ayurveda para almacenar agua. El cobre también posee propiedades antimicrobianas naturales, aunque conviene ser prudentes con las afirmaciones sobre beneficios específicos para la salud de beber agua almacenada en cobre.

🌱 Chía: tiny seeds, big benefits!

Chía seeds are packed with fibre, plant-based omega-3s, protein and minerals. They’re a simple way to add extra goodness to your everyday diet and can help keep you feeling fuller for longer. 💚

🥄 Easy Chía Pudding:
Mix 2 tbsp chia seeds + 150 ml milk of your choice. Stir well, leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, then top with fruit. 🍓
