El año pasado plantamos en macetas una selección especial de nuestros olivos. Los cuidamos de forma excepcional, lo que significa que están sanos, fuertes y listos para ser plantados. 🫒 When they are green, olives have a fresh grassy flavour with an intense peppering while ripe fruits have a smoother, fruitier note.
We pick our olives when about 1/3 are green, 1/3 are changing colour and 1/3 are black. This gives our olive oil a balanced base with a rich aroma.

🫒 Cuando están verdes, las aceitunas tienen un sabor fresco, herbáceo y picante, mientras que las maduras tienen una nota más suave y afrutada. Recogemos nuestras aceitunas cuando aproximadamente 1/3 están verdes, 1/3 están cambiando de color y 1/3 están negras. Esto da a nuestro aceite de oliva una base equilibrada con un rico aroma.
