So unfortunately we close on Saturday and the sale as a shop has fallen through

The shop is for sale and will remain for sale for 2 months or so
It will be sold as it is with €12,000 worth of fridges/freezers and €3000 worth of shelving/counter and an Epos till system included

The shop will not become available to lease to anyone not interested in buying the trespaso as we still have a 4 year lease with a 5 year extension option

If it’s not sold by an allotted time we will open a new self storage unit on the premises

Thank you for reading and if interested please contact Claire Yeates Fuerteventura Property Stop or contact us via the page

07/12/2025

Folks there’s a good possibility the shop will not be closing as we are negotiating the sale of it as a shop

In meantime we are closed today and tomorrow and back open on Tuesday

As always thank you for your custom
