From my ol' time favourite Andalucía plato of aubergines with cane honey in Sevilla to fish tacos in SanLucar from possibly the best sushi I've ever had in Cadiz to the best croquettes I've ever had in Vejer De La Frontera. This four weeks of graphic food p**n was something special 🤤🤤✨🥰

A teaching assignment took me back to North Italy - this time, Prosecco country with grapevines growing as far as the eye can see🥂 really though, as usual - I'm all about the food and Italy always delivers in style and taste🤤

I'ma take it back to June for some highlights of a special trip that started in awesome Porto then went north zig zagging through Galicia taking in all manners of delectable seafood including my favourite - Scallops🤤🤤 and finishing in Madrid on my birthday with a trip to the legendary San Ginés for Churros with the finest chocolate ever ever 🤤🤤 and a first time visit to the foodie heaven known as Mercado de San Miguel 🤤🤤 Life is good forever and a day😻💜✨✌️

One month of travelling around Morocco from Tangier to Essaouira/Sidi kaouki and plenty in between - definitely brought its foodie rewards by the ton🤤👌😻 From incredible Tajines with prunes and eggs 🙀 to fried cheeses, the freshest seafood, delectable olives, crepes and incredible fruit juices - we really ate like a king and queen🙌. With its wide range and abundance of fresh fruit, spices and veg - Morocco really has something for everyone 😊💜🐪✨

Nothing quite like devouring the famed Red Tuna Sashimi style at one of the best restaurants in Tarifa😍. Also featured - various super creative delicious fruit and cheese featuring salads as only Andalucia can 👌 Devouring possibly my favourite soup ever - Salmorejo in its native Córdoba is definitely a highlight of any trip👏 A visit to for their incredible Croquettes and Pate amongst many other fine dishes there - is a must in Granada 😻

In the midst of the whirlwind that was 2022, these pics got lost in the mix. This Italy trip came at just the right time😻 A short teaching contract in Vicenza province included trips to the stunning Lake Garda, Vicenza city, and the almighty and amazing Venezia✨first pic starring a delectables Salmon Tagliatelle at a restaurant in the stunning Lake Garda was a highlight although my host family fed me all kinds of delicious home cooked meals! That ice cream in Vicenza did knock me out🤤💜Gracie Italia😻

One Month, 3 Costas + provinces, enough incredible food for at least 3 lifetimes🌅🤤😻 tried Ceviche for the first time (1st slide) the olive oil ice cream served on top pushed this overdue debut into classic territory 💜

Wow what a June✨😻 Celebrating mi birthday in the beautiful motherland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💜 during an epic sun drenched 2 week long road trip with relatives I haven't seen in too long
was extra special 🥰 Nairn was a lovely suprise, swimming in the warm sea followed by delicious ice cream combo of the chilli chocolate and kiwi sorbet variety then topped off by victoria sponge cake with Strawberries fresh from the garden on a day that literally didn't get dark at all was something amazing!🥳😺 **n

Whilst on hiatus from mi spiritual home, the newly created Fishy Friday has become a delicious fixture on the weekly food schedule🤤 The local fishmonger gets raided for Salmon, Oysters and Scallops. Sushi is created, the Oysters are pried open and the scallops fried in butter. Throw in melon and Parma ham for good measure and jus like that - a magnificent meal for the ages🙌😋😻

Moving to Spain made me a stone cold olive addict🤤🤤 So much so that I decided to give olive production a good go! Sources from olive trees I would see on hikes around the hills of Granada and nearby towns. This was my third year in a row of picking, brining and marinating these salty wonders💜 Patience and adjusted technique (marinated in Orange peel, olive oil and rosemary👌)made it third time lucky for making a very tasty treat😊
