Once again, FERRATUS took part in Hotel Tapa Tour, one of Madrid’s most exciting gastronomic events. This year, in an exceptional setting: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.

For ten days, FERRATUS AØ 2022 accompanied the culinary creations of two of the hotel’s venues, El Patio and ISA Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, showing how naturally the same w**e can complement very different cuisines and flavours.

🌅 8:00 AM. Ferratus Origen vineyard, Quemada.

Among the vines, we come across one of those places that quietly tell the story of our land: a traditional merendero, tucked away in the heart of the vineyard.

And at this hour, one thought is almost irresistible… lamb chops sizzling over the embers, a glass of w**e, and the vineyard all around. 🥩🍷

This, too, is the essence of Ribera del Duero.

🍇 María Luisa and Eva are on their second day of sampling red grapes. This careful work in the vineyard allows us to assess ripeness and analyse the phenolic parameters we need to make the right decisions when crafting our w**es.

📍 This time, the samples come from an old vineyard in Gumiel de Izán, whose grapes are destined for Ferratus Origen.

This summer is defined by FERRATUS Blanco, FERRATUS Rosado, and ELANIO—our new Albillo Mayor, crafted to be savored unhurriedly amidst lingering conversations, fine gastronomy, and golden sunsets over the Ribera del Duero.
