Filosofía de mínima intervención, microclima frío, acidez natural, no se usan bombas en fermentación, se hace bazuqueo para obtener un tanino elegante. Trasiegos por gravedad, guarda en depósito de hormigón subterráneo durante mínimo dos años para clarificar de manera natural. Los vinos resultantes son frescos, elegantes y muy gastronómicos. Minimal intervention philosophy, cool climate, natural acidity, fermentation without pumps, we do punching down instead to get fine and elegant tannins. Wines are gravity racked and kept in underground concrete vats for a natural fining during at least 2 years. The resulting wines are fresh, elegant and great for gastronomy.

Today September 23 we are very pleased to welcome a courageous woman from Taiwan. Ann is an architect who chose to walk the entire Camino de Santiago from so far away.

Her sensitivity allowed her to appreciate the elegance of our w**ery and share a special moment with us. She walks for herself and to pay tribute to her mum and best friend.

Comienza la vendimia 2026 con esta preciosidad de uva de la finca El Monte. A pesar de un adelanto de 10 días la viña ha aguantado muy bien los rigores de este caluroso verano y la uva está muy sana y equilibrada.

We start today the 2026 harvest with this beauty from El Monte plot. Despite picking 10 days earlier the fruit is very healthy and balanced. The vines in our cool climate endured the rigors of this extreme summer.

Meeting you today was a turning point in my time by the Camino.
When I met you and you told me you were a pastor I thought of a shepherd, but when you told me your sheep were human beings, I was truly amazed.
With your personality, charisma, and natural ability to connect with people, I’m sure you’ll make a real difference in the lives of many on the Camino.
And the parallel we drew with the Road to Emmaus really moved me.

We have a special connection with Korean pilgrims. This morning Min Woo knocked our door and he picked a bottle of Ars Nova.
He is going to walk all the way to Santiago and then Muxía. Thank you Min Woo for passing by and good luck in the Camino and in your life, adventure is waiting for you ahead.
