A tribute to Ibiza’s heritage.

Grown in one of the oldest vineyards in the Sant Mateu Valley, our Monastrell grapes have survived for decades to bring Ojo de Ibiza Rosé to life. A bright coral pink classic with excellent purity, subtle tension, and a refined mineral edge.
