Yesterday we had the honor of handling the catering for a simply perfect wedding.
Dream location, every detail curated to perfection, emotional guests, and a radiant couple.

A special thank you to LA Wedding Planner: impeccable, precise, elegant in every choice. When teamwork is like this, magic truly happens.

From the first canapé to the cake cutting, every dish was designed to live up to such beauty.
Thank you to the newlyweds for your trust. It was a privilege to be there.

Eighty centimeters in diameter.
A surface entirely dressed in raspberries, placed one by one, with care, with time, with respect.

It was long work, the kind that doesn’t watch the clock but only the result.
Each fruit in its place, until it formed a perfect red: vivid, vibrant.

When we brought it into the room, one instant of silence was enough to know it had been worth it.
Because true beauty is never rushed. And the memory of a detail like this lingers.

There’s a moment, at every party, when food stops being just food.
It becomes conversation. It becomes “you have to try this.” It becomes a memory.

That’s how our *Pan Bao* was born.
Handmade dough, 8 hours of proofing, steam-cooked until it’s soft as a caress.
Then we open it, and the magic happens: fillings designed to surprise, balanced to get you hooked.

We served it at Saturday’s party in Ibiza.
220 guests. 220 smiles. 220 “can I have another one?”

Because true luxury is something you still remember the next day.

90s party in Ibiza, dream location 🌴✨

A breathtaking villa, 90s vibes, and we handled the catering to make it unforgettable.

The table was one of a kind, designed down to the last detail to match the exclusivity of the night. Flowers came straight from the Netherlands, along with two florists who flew in just to create that perfect atmosphere.

When the setting is spectacular, the food and setup have to rise to the level. Mission accomplished.
