Last night’s work was our Indian menu (plus a couple of extra dishes for the pescatarian) for a lovely group of ladies celebrating a hen party for the daughter of Laura’s childhood friend. A small mix up with the butler in the buff who ended being a stripper in leather budgie smugglers, but it made for some giggly memories! It was great working with good friend and amazing mixologist Tonio who looked after the ladies with his incredible cocktails 🍹 and mocktails
