Sundays aren’t a day of rest in our line of work, they’re just like any other day! It was tapas & paella yesterday evening at Villa Torreta in Javea for a lovely group that we will be cooking for again on Wednesday. So while the guests sat at the poolside bar relaxing before dinner, we set to work!

Last night’s work was a pre wedding dinner for a Dutch couple at Casa Imas in Novelda. A new venue for us which meant we had no idea when we arrived that the kitchen was miles away from the prep area and in turn, the prep area was miles away from where they were eating! Still, it meant my step count was over 25,000 yesterday. I’m too old for this s**t!
