A piece of our history is part of Christie’s Fine & Rare Wines & Spirits auction: a unique selection of wines from the González Byass Historical Archives, preserving time, memory and the savoir-faire of generations.

Unreleased vintages, exceptional bottles and true oenological treasures that speak of who we are: living tradition, excellence, and a Jerez that continues to captivate eyes, palates and toasts far beyond our borders.

And, of course, Tío Pepe will also be present with a vertical collection of Tío Pepe en Rama and a selection of Finos Palmas. Because some stories are not only preserved: they are shared, celebrated and kept alive, glass by glass.

Hoy hemos recibido en Jerez, por primera vez, a la Academia Internacional del Vino.

Una visita muy especial para compartir lo que somos: nuestra historia, nuestras bodegas y esa forma tan nuestra de entender el vino.

La guitarra de Antonio Hegueros puso el compás a la jornada, y Silvia Flores nos guió en una cata para saborear Jerez con calma, con curiosidad y con todos los sentidos.

Un encuentro para brindar por nuestra tierra, por el vino y por quienes vienen a descubrirlo desde otros rincones del mundo.

Today, we welcomed the International Wine Academy to Jerez for the very first time.

A very special visit to share who we are: our history, our bodegas, and our very own way of understanding wine.

Antonio Hegueros’ guitar set the rhythm for the day, while Silvia Flores guided us through a tasting to discover Jerez slowly, with curiosity and with all the senses.

A meeting to raise a glass to our land, to wine, and to those who come from all corners of the world to discover it.

Desde nuestro botellero histórico en Jerez, abrimos una parte muy especial de nuestro legado junto a Christie’s, llevando a la subasta internacional Fine and Rare Wines & Spirits algunas de nuestras reliquias líquidas más excepcionales.

Viña Amorosa 1911, Matusalem 1908, 1909 y 1911, Pío IX, Dulce Nombre Vintage 1986, Palo Cortado Añada 1978, Tío Pepe en Rama y Tío Pepe Finos Palmas son parte de esta colección única, conservada durante generaciones en nuestras bodegas.

Del 5 al 19 de junio, estas botellas con historia viajan de Jerez al mundo para seguir contando quiénes somos.

Porque hay vinos que se disfrutan. Y otros que también guardan memoria.

From our historic bottle cellar in Jerez, we are opening a very special part of our legacy together with Christie’s, bringing some of our most exceptional liquid relics to the international Fine and Rare Wines & Spirits auction.

Viña Amorosa 1911, Matusalem 1908, 1909 and 1911, Pío IX, Dulce Nombre Vintage 1986, Palo Cortado Añada 1978, Tío Pepe en Rama and Tío Pepe Finos Palmas are part of this unique collection, preserved for generations in our bodegas.

From 5 to 19 June, these bottles with history travel from Jerez to the world to keep telling the story of who we are.

Because there are wines to be enjoyed. And others that also hold memory.

En VINOBLE, González Byass volvió a demostrar que Jerez también se guarda, se colecciona y se descubre copa a copa.

En la Sala Mezquita, vivimos una cata muy especial: “Joyas de Colección y añadas exclusivas para Christie’s”, guiada por Antonio Flores, enólogo de Bodegas González Byass, junto a Tim Triptree MW, Director Internacional de Christie’s Wines & Spirits.

Una selección de añadas inéditas procedentes de nuestro botellero histórico, que serán subastadas por la prestigiosa casa Christie’s, junto a joyas enológicas exclusivas para la alta restauración.

Vinos que hablan de historia, innovación y excelencia. Vinos que nacen en Jerez y siguen emocionando al mundo.
Y como siempre, estuvimos también con nuestro estand, sirviendo toda la gama de vinos de González Byass al público profesional que se acercó al Alcázar de Jerez.

In the Sala Mezquita, we experienced a very special tasting: “Collector’s Jewels and Exclusive Vintages for Christie’s”, led by Antonio Flores, winemaker at Bodegas González Byass, together with Tim Triptree MW, International Director of Christie’s Wines & Spirits.

A selection of never-before-released vintages from our historic bottle archive, soon to be auctioned by the prestigious house Christie’s, alongside exclusive oenological gems created for fine dining.

Wines that speak of history, innovation and excellence. Wines born in Jerez that continue to move the world.

And, as always, we were also present with our stand, serving the full range of González Byass wines to the professional audience who visited the Alcázar de Jerez.

Ayer brindamos desde Madrid, en The Best of Spain 2026, el salón de Tim Atkin MW que reúne a vinos seleccionados por haber alcanzado 95 puntos o más en sus informes y rankings.

Llegamos con González Byass y con el orgullo de compartir algunos de nuestros vinos más reconocidos: Amontillado del Duque, con 98 puntos; Amontillado Añada 1975, Matusalem Cream y Noé Pedro Ximénez, todos con 97 puntos.

Y, entre ellos, una joya muy especial: Alfonso Oloroso 1/6, distinguido con 100 puntos en la guía Tim Atkin. Un vino que habla de tiempo, de Jerez y de esa profundidad que solo nuestras soleras saben guardar.

Qué mejor manera de celebrarlo que junto a Antonio Flores, poniendo voz, alma y conocimiento a un vino que ya forma parte de lo extraordinario.

Yesterday, we raised a glass from Madrid at The Best of Spain 2026, Tim Atkin MW’s wine event that brings together wines selected for having achieved 95 points or more in his reports and rankings.

We arrived with González Byass, proud to share some of our most acclaimed wines: Amontillado del Duque, with 98 points; Amontillado Añada 1975, Matusalem Cream and Noé Pedro Ximénez, all with 97 points.

And among them, a truly special gem: Alfonso Oloroso 1/6, awarded 100 points in Tim Atkin’s guide. A wine that speaks of time, of Jerez, and of that depth only our soleras know how to preserve.

What better way to celebrate it than alongside Antonio Flores, giving voice, soul and knowledge to a wine that already belongs to the extraordinary.
