This gentleman (and his crew aka: & cia) made history again.
If you missed it, here are the incredible milestones:
1 st :
They made the first ever white from Spain to make it into “La Place de Bourdeaux” with the white wine M. de la Riva , San Cayetano.
2 nd and most recent (2025):
They managed to get the approval of the EU to make unfortified wines using the Sherry D.O.
Their names to be written in wine history… for ever, well deserved now the entire region and producers will benefit this change.
