Picking the grapes during the cooler hours of the night helps preserve their natural freshness, aromas and flavours from the very start of the winemaking process.

It's a practice found in some of the world's warmest wine regions, including the Sherry Triangle, and one that plays an essential role in every Lustau harvest.

🍹🥥 SHERRY COLADA, our take on the classic Piña Colada, swaps rum for Lustau Amontillado Escuadrilla. Its nutty notes work beautifully with coconut, while its freshness and depth bring balance to the cocktail.

Ingredients:

2oz Lustau Amontillado Escuadrilla Sherry
1oz Pineapple Juice5oz Cream of Coconut5oz Lime Juice
1 cup of ice

What makes a Manzanilla “pasada”? The term refers to wines that have undergone an unusually long ageing period.

Lustau Manzanilla Pasada Almacenista Manuel Cuevas Jurado, has an average age of seven years. Aromatic and refreshing, it shows notes of almonds and anise, with the distinctive coastal character of Sanlúcar.

Serve chilled, between 7 and 9°C, as an aperitif or alongside tapas, seafood, oysters, white fish, smoked salmon or asparagus.
