WE HAVE A NATIONAL FINAL WINNER!🇪🇸

René Restaurant (.mlg), from Málaga, with chef Diego René López and sommelier Jesús Rioboo , will represent Spain at the 12th Copa Jerez International Final in 2027.

The winning menu, “Meridiano Yodado”, was composed of the following pairings:

- Matrimonio malagueño (Anchovies) + Fino Viña Corrales Pago Balbaína by Bodegas San Francisco Javier
- Monkfish Wellington (Best Pairing of the competition!) + Palo Cortado Solera Familiar by Gutiérrez Colosía
- Ñora pepper flan with salted caramel ice cream + Moscatel Pasas by Bodegas César Florido
