If aperitivo had an official glass, it would probably be this one: Fino Marismeño.
➡️ A dry, elegant wine with plenty of character, with notes of fresh bread, almond and nuts thanks to its ageing under flor.

It pairs beautifully with cheese, Iberian ham and seafood. Just make sure it’s well chilled, between 7 and 9 ºC.

The veil of flor is a natural layer of yeast that forms on the surface of the wine during ageing.
This layer protects the wine from direct contact with oxygen and gives it very distinctive aromas, flavours and textures ➡️ It is essential in wines such as Fino and Manzanilla.
