𝗟𝗶́𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻
El pasado 4 de noviembre, 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗶́𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻̃𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, fue la protagonista del ciclo Líderes de Nueva Generación, organizado por Andalucía Económica en el Club Cámara Antares, en Torre Sevilla.
Durante su intervención, Rocío compartió un inspirador recorrido por la historia y evolución de 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, una compañía familiar que ha sabido transformarse y crecer hasta situarse como referente mundial en la exportación de kakis y en la producción y distribución de plantas de fresa y frambuesa.
Su ponencia puso de relieve la importancia del relevo generacional, la innovación y el liderazgo femenino en la nueva etapa del tejido empresarial andaluz. 🌱

On November 4th,𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗶́𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻̃𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, took the lead in Andalucía Económica’s “New Generation Leaders” series, held at Club Cámara Antares, in Torre Sevilla.
During her speech, Rocío shared her journey and talked about the history and evolution of 𝗚𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮 — a family-owned company that has successfully transformed and grown into an international benchmark in the export of persimmons and the production and distribution of strawberry and raspberry plants.
Her presentation emphasized the value of generational renewal, innovation, and female leadership in driving the future of Andalusia’s business landscape. 🌱
Since its launch in 2014, the “𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀” series has become one of Andalusia’s most established business forums, giving voice to entrepreneurs and executives who are shaping the region’s economic renewal.
