Wilder, a specialty market founded by Miami local Danielle Axman, is set to open in Midtown Miami in fall 2026. Major Food Group, the restaurant group behind Carbone, Torrisi, and The Grill, is a founding investor and strategic advisor. It’s the group’s first investment in a grocery retailer and its first outside its own operations.

At 3250 NE 1st Avenue (before you ask in the comments 🤓), Wilder Market & Kitchen will bring together groceries, a café, and chef-driven prepared foods from Miami’s Grassfed Culture Hospitality, the group behind Los Félix and Krüs Kitchen.

Expect prepared meals, made-to-order sandwiches, coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, and groceries selected according to Wilder’s sourcing and ingredient standards. Sourcing partners include Paradise Farms, Glaser Organic Farms, and White Oak Pastures.

According to The New York Times, one of the best restaurants in America right now is right here in Little Havana 👀

Tin Tin ( tin.tin.miami ) was recently recognized for the way it brings Cuban flavors together with French and Italian techniques. So obviously, we went back para recordar lo bueno que es. Por que dicen que recordar es vivir🤣

We went for the
- Malanga Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe
- ⁠Duo of Beef, the Cazabe-Encrusted Halibut
- ⁠Wagyu Beef Carpaccio that pays homage to a Cuban sandwich.

It makes us a little emotional to think about what Miami’s restaurant scene looked like 10 years ago and what it is today.

MICHELIN Bib Gourmand restaurant Cotoa Restaurant is moving just a few minutes away from its current location into a new 80-seat space opening October 22.

Chef Alejandra Espinoza is bringing an expanded menu with new dishes, a new cocktail program, an 8-seat private dining room + more space to experience her modern take on Ecuadorian cuisine.

We brought together chefs from some of our favorite Miami restaurants for five one-night-only menus, giving them the chance to bring their creativity to the table.

The results were dishes like Katsu Frita Sandos, Karaage Paella Rolls, grilled oyster arepitas, short rib tamales + menus you could only try once. All paired with cocktails made with Don Q Rum and reservations powered by OpenTable.
