✨𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 & 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒔✨ 𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝒅𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒛𝒂𝒏𝒂✨

These easy to make doughnuts🍩 will just melt in your mouth. Incredible to think they are healthy, refined sugar free, 100% organic and Vegan.

🅘🅝🅖🅡🅔🅓🅘🅔🅝🅣🅢(8 large doughnuts)

✅200 g whole spelt flour
✅50 g almond flour
✅300g apple sauce
✅4 tbsp concentrated apple syrup
✅1 tsp baking powder
✅1 tsp baking soda
✅150 g dark chocolate
✅1 tbsp coconut oil
✅3 tbsp almond milk
✅ Dried apple pieces for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS:
✅combine the flours, baking powder & soda in a bowl. Add the apple sauce & apple syrup & mix well. Divide mixture into doughnut moulds or a similar cake tin. Place in a cold oven then turn on heat to 200 °Ⓒ, bake for 18 minutes. Let cool. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil & milk with a double boiling technique, dip each doughnut in the chocolate & add the dried apple.

Donuts 🍩 fáciles de hacer, se derretirán en la boca. Increíble pensar que son saludables, sin azúcar refinada, 100% ecológicos y veganos.

🅘🅝🅖🅡🅔🅓🅘🅔🅝🅣🅔🅢(8 donuts grandes)
✅200 g harina integral de espelta
✅50 g harina de almendras
✅300g de compota de manzana
✅ 4 cucharadas concentrado de manzana
✅1 cucharadita levadura en polvo
✅1 cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio
✅150 g chocolate negro
✅1 cucharada aceite de coco
✅3 cucharadas leche de almendras
✅Trozos de manzana deshidratada para decorar

INSTRUCCIONES:
✅ Combina las harinas, el polvo de hornear y el bicarbonato en un bowl. Agregue la compota de manzana y el concentrado de manzana y mezcle bien. Divida la mezcla en moldes para donuts o en un molde para pasteles similares. Coloque en un horno frío y luego encienda el fuego a 200 °Ⓒ, hornee por 18 minutos.
Dejar enfriar.
Derrita el chocolate con el aceite de coco y la leche con la técnica baño maría, sumerja cada donut en el chocolate y agregue la manzana deshidratada.

Only 6 ingredients and you can make this easy snack, perfect to grab when you are in need of something sweet

For approximately 16-20 balls:

1 cup (80 g) walnuts

1 cup (125 g) dates

¼ cup (20 g) cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract
y
¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon

½ tsp salt

Preparation:

Soak dates in boiling water for 10-15 min.

You can skip this step but it will help during processing

In a food processor, add the walnuts and blend until they are finely chopped

Drain the dates and add them to the food processor with the rest of the ingredients

Blend until combined

Grab a little with a spoon and roll it into a ball, store in the fridge.
