Chef David Boyejo is a professional French trained Nigerian Chef with an extensive background in cuisine, particularly French cuisine and pastry. He is very versatile and dynamic in his work. His joy is to bring sumptuous, healthy, well made food from the heart to people. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and big kitchens all over France, from Saint Tropez to Nice, Val Thorens, Courchevel

and the famous Perigord region. In his quest to better develop himself, he moved to Costa Rica to work as a private chef, and later a restaurant owner establishing his own line of products which were sold in Stores and Cafes in Costa Rica. In 2019, he opened Chez Boyejo Fuengirola; a classy, artfully decorated upscale restaurant in the heart of Fuengirola, just off the famous Fish-Alley (Calle Moncayo). The cuisine is mainly fusion using only local produce and everything is made fresh from scratch.
 David Boyejo has a very big passion for cooking and it shows in his many dishes, and the joy and smile you see on his face while cooking, as he always says “Cooking comes from the Brain to the Heart and then through the Hands” He has been featured and appeared on various Television networks and Newspaper articles.
