Meet Canibal White & Canibal Red from Bodega Malvajio.

🤍 Canibal White — 100% Chardonnay, aged for 6 months in barrel. Elegant and full of character.

❤️ Canibal Red — a blend of Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 28 months in barrel and then 2 years in bottle. Rich, complex and beautifully mature.

Two very different wines, but both with the unmistakable Canibal personality.

Our Malamadre Natural Sparkling Rosé is currently resting in the riddling rack, where each bottle is carefully positioned neck-down to allow the natural sediment to collect before disgorgement.

Made using the Ancestral Method, Malamadre undergoes a single natural fermentation, creating its delicate bubbles without additives or shortcuts. Every bottle is turned by hand, and every step takes time.

Great sparkling wine can't be rushed.

Soon these bottles will be ready to reveal their bright colour, fine natural bubbles and fresh, vibrant character.

Nuestro Malamadre Rosado Espumoso Natural se encuentra actualmente en la rima, donde cada botella permanece boca abajo para que los sedimentos naturales se acumulen en el cuello antes del degüelle.

Elaborado mediante el Método Ancestral, Malamadre realiza una única fermentación natural, creando sus finas burbujas sin aditivos ni atajos. Cada botella se gira a mano y cada etapa requiere su tiempo.

Los grandes vinos espumosos no tienen prisa.

Muy pronto estas botellas estarán listas para mostrar su brillante color, sus delicadas burbujas naturales y toda su frescura.

🇬🇧 We’ve been a little quiet lately… and now we can finally tell you why! 🍷

If you’ve noticed we’ve been a bit quieter on social media over the last few weeks, it’s because we’ve been pouring all our time and energy into an exciting new adventure.

We’re delighted to share that Vinoteca Malaleche is now open in the Málaga Plaza shopping center behind El Corte Inglés in the centre of Málaga 🎉

Getting everything ready has kept us incredibly busy, but it has all been worth it. We can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and new wine lovers to enjoy great wines, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere.
