Christmas is coming ... and I have just made a delicious spiced amaretto and raisin cheesecake with subtle flavours of warming vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange and almond. My test spoonful nearly led me to eat the lot! It tasted just like Christmas smells! The cheesecake will be available tonight in The Restaurant at Burriana, along with my lemon cream mousse on an Oero cookie base. Happy eating!

Very proud to announce that my Baileys Cheesecake, served at The Restaurant on Burriana, has been mentioned on Trip Advisor a few times when the customers are doing food reviews. I can thoroughly recommend the menu and service at The Restaurant - book first to avoid disappointment though!

The clocks go back at the end of this month, the nights are drawing in and there's a chill in the air! Time for food that will warm the cockles of your heart! Get down to Bakers Bar on Burriana later this week - as they will be serving my freshly made steak pies, steak port & stilton pies, steak & kidney pies, chicken & ham pies, chicken & asparagus pies - and more!

Experimenting with cheesecakes again folks! White choc, creamy milk choc, ginger bases, cookie bases ... if you want to try some for yourself, call in to The Restaurant at Burriana or the Sportsman at El Zoco. My meat pies are for sale in Bakers Bar, Burriana. Two separate parties had my Lemon Cream for San Juan, and a recent birthday party saw the guests scoffing my mini steak & stilton pies, chilli sausage rolls, bacon & leek quiches, scotch eggs and rocket & goats cheese quiches. Mmmm, hungry now!

Mmmmmm ... slightly spiced sausage, apple and blue cheese turnover. Delicious hot or cold - and something different and tasty for San Juan this coming weekend. Let me know if you need any picnic-type food made for your jaunt to the beaches to cleanse your souls on Saturday night!! Cheesecakes, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, turnovers, empanadillas ... easy to eat, easy to store, and just that bit nicer than sarnies!

Working on some new ideas ... will keep you posted! Tried a new cheesecake flavour for a new customer - chocolate chip cookie base topped with a lime, white rum and peppermint cheese ... I guess you could say it was a mojito flavoured cheesecake! Different!

To enhance your buffet, dinner party, picnic or complement your restaurant menu or simply to help you out when you’re busy, I can supply a popular range of homemade classics at competitive prices. All fresh ingredients are locally sourced and seasonal. Can be subject to availability. Choose your preferred meat, fish or poultry ingredients for the savoury dishes.

Supplied in foil dishes for ease of cutting, serving and, of course, cleaning up afterwards! Desserts serve up to 15 people. Pies and other savoury dishes can vary in size according to your requirements, and can be presented in your own bowls/ crockery if preferred.

I can deliver locally, and usually only need 24hrs notice—although some of the dishes may require 48hrs notice
