Christmas is coming ... and I have just made a delicious spiced amaretto and raisin cheesecake with subtle flavours of warming vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange and almond. My test spoonful nearly led me to eat the lot! It tasted just like Christmas smells! The cheesecake will be available tonight in The Restaurant at Burriana, along with my lemon cream mousse on an Oero cookie base. Happy eating!
