Llega la Bailoterapia con Amira 💃 El 13 de octubre a las 18:30, se viene con nosotros a la arena de Can Pastilla.

Una hora de movimiento basada principalmente en ritmos latinos: calentamiento de movilidad, baile activo, y estiramiento y relajación para cerrar. Apta para todas las edades, sin necesidad de experiencia bailando.

Nuestra partner CLAUDIA MIRROR | Entrenamiento & Estilo de Vida se vino a Can Pastilla Beach para hacer lo que más disfruta: correr junto al mar, entrenar en la playa y, después, darle al cuerpo el recovery que se merece.
Claudia forma parte de los coaches con los que estamos construyendo, la comunidad NamiBlu, llevando el entrenamiento fuera del gym y aprovechando todo lo que la isla nos ofrece: buen clima, buenos paisjaes y muy buen rollo.
