🚨 We are hiring – Provisioning Department | Palma de Mallorca

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and hands-on person to join our Provisioning Department in Palma.

The role will involve:
• Managing and assisting with provisioning requests
• Coordinating with suppliers and preparing orders and delivery notes
• Purchasing and collecting supplies
• Following up with clients and suppliers
• Supporting deliveries during the yachting season
• Handling day-to-day operational tasks within the department

👤 We are looking for someone who is:
• Organised, practical, dynamic and resourceful
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable managing several tasks at the same time
• A team player with a positive attitude

📌 Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Spanish will be highly valued
• Valid driving licence
• Good knowledge of Palma and Mallorca
• Good Excel skills
• Previous experience in provisioning, yachting, hospitality, logistics or customer service will be valued
• Immediate availability will be considered a plus

A short trip across the Pyrenees, but a journey full of perspective.

Our Barcelona team recently visited Port-Vendres, a charming French port where 🛥️ superyachts and 🚢 commercial cargo vessels share the same waterfront. It is also a key gateway for fruit imports arriving from French territories in Africa.

One of the highlights of our visit was an inspiring artistic initiative. 🎨 The shipping containers displayed at the port have been transformed into works of art by a local French artist.

This September, they will travel to Africa, where they will be exchanged for containers painted by African artists before making their return voyage.

🌍 A beautiful reminder that ports are more than places of trade—they are meeting points for cultures, creativity, and people.

✅ Liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Providing daily assistance to captains, chefs and yacht crew.

🎯 We're looking for someone who has:
✔️ A valid driving licence.
✔️ Good command of both English and Spanish.
✔️ Good knowledge of Mallorca.
✔️ A fast, organised and practical approach to work.
✔️ Excellent communication skills with crew, suppliers and colleagues.
✔️ Flexibility and availability throughout the yachting season.
