Grégory Guillaume
Alba-la-Romaine, Ardèche
Grégory Guillaume arrived in the Ardèche with a passion for exploring caves but found himself drawn to the world of winemaking. In 2011, inspired by a friend he worked alongside, he decided to start making wine on his own. Greg is an easygoing, down-to-earth winemaker who crafts wines simply because he enjoys drinking them. His approach to farming reflects a deep respect for nature, embracing its balance and harmony.
Today, Greg tends about three hectares of organically farmed vineyards near the picturesque villages of Villeneuve-de-Berg and Alba-la-Romaine. Planted on clay and limestone soils, his vines thrive in a landscape rich with biodiversity. The vitality of these vineyards is key to producing the pristine fruit essential for his style of winemaking.
