High-altitude, organic, dry-farmed ancestral bush vines expressing Spain’s native grapes. From the high plateau of Utiel-Requena, our ancestral Bobal and Macabeo vineyards produce wines of freshness, structure, and identity. Organic viticulture, kosher certification, and a deep commitment to terroir define everything we do. Viña Memorias is a project built on memory, continuity, and the conviction that great wine begins in the vineyard.
