We can talk about grapes, heritage and family stories…

A family estate now run by three brothers and their sister.
And a Cava dedicated to their mother, Fina Via.

But before any of that…We tasted it.

FIKA & La Solera Vinoteca - Spanish Wine Dinner

We’re back at FIKA for another evening of great food and Spanish wine - this time with a taste of Spain & Scandinavia.

A specially created four-course dinner, bringing together Scandinavian influences and flavours with four carefully selected Spanish wine pairings, plus a welcome Cava to start the evening.

Expect some unexpected combinations, some very interesting wines and, most importantly, a relaxed evening around the table.

From 24–31 August, we’re swapping the shop for vineyards and wineries — meeting winemakers, tasting, discovering and getting properly behind the stories of the wines we love.

Darkness. Silence. Time.

Three things great wine understands very well.

Down here, nothing is rushed.
The barrels rest. The wine slowly evolves. And the cellar keeps everything that doesn’t need to be said.

There’s something rather beautiful about that.

No noise. No hurry.
Just wine, wood and time — doing exactly what they’re supposed to do. Magic.
