It’s here! Our brand new, much-awaited La Marzocco KB90 has finally arrived ☕️

We’ve been waiting for this moment for months, and we couldn’t be be happier that it made it just in time as summer season in Sitges is about to kick off. We’re beyond excited to finally have it installed and ready to serve you 🥰

A huge thank you to for all the help along the way. And a special shoutout to our MVP La Marzocco Mini that carried us through these past months and that we definitely pushed way beyond its limits ❤️

Last day at the EMPWR photo dump ✨

Our coffee bar at closed its doors two weeks ago. Between wrapping things up there, moving, and diving straight into renovations for our new space, time completely slipped away from us.

But we didn’t want to let this moment pass without properly honoring it because it truly was something special. And honestly, how else would you describe a closing day when Joe Jonas casually walks in to try your coffee? 😳

That day came with a mix of emotions, but in the end, it felt like the most unforgettable and fitting way to close this chapter of our story at the EMPWR 🥹

P.S. bonus shout out to our Marzocco Mini R - a 1-group beast that helped us prepare all your favorite coffees during the past 10(!) months!

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE 📣

Our last day at our current location (C/ de l’Illa de Cuba 39) will be Sunday, March 29.

If you’d like to grab a coffee with us one last time before we close, we’ll be there during our normal hours: 10am-2pm and 3pm-6:30pm ☕

After that, we’ll be focusing on getting everything ready at our new location 📍 Carrer Sant Pere 28 in Sitges, with the goal of opening as soon as possible in April.

We’ll be announcing the exact opening date very soon 👀

In the meantime, you can continue shopping for your coffee online 🛒 we’ll still be roasting, shipping, and delivering your orders as usual!

BIG NEWS 📣📰

We’re moving to our very first standalone location at 📍 Carrer Sant Pere 28 in Sitges!

This also means our coffee bar at our current location () will be closing at the end of March as we prepare for this new chapter. Our last day there will be Sunday, March 29.

The good news is a piece of us is staying at the EMPWR. ☕️ From April onwards, the EMPWR will be running their own coffee bar there, continuing to serve our Gallo coffee along with an extended menu.

We’ll be forever grateful to the EMPWR for being our home over the past 9 months. It was the first time we could operate a coffee shop, and we learned so much. Most importantly, we had the chance to connect with so many of you over coffee and made memories we’ll always cherish.

We don’t have an exact opening date for our new space just yet, but we’re aiming to open as soon as possible in April. Right now, we’re working hard on preparing the new location 🚧

We’re incredibly excited because this new space will allow us to offer more seating and expand our offering 😍

While we’re between locations, you can continue shopping our coffee online, with free delivery in Sitges and shipping available across peninsular Spain and Europe.

So this post is simply to say THANK YOU:
for your repeated visits, for appreciating the work of the Honduran farmers behind every coffee bean we serve, and for recognizing the passion we’ve poured into running this coffee bar over the past 9 months.

Starting this coffee bar project was a huge leap of faith, and while it came with plenty of challenges, we’re incredibly grateful we took that step.

And we’re not stopping here. Our new location in Sitges is already in the works, and we hope to welcome you there as early as April. Stay tuned ☕✨

Coffee & Sourdough Popup 🥖☕️

We’re so excited to welcome .lento – a Danish microbakery from Sant Pere de Ribes – to our coffee bar in Sitges for a special pop-up.

Palento means “slow bread.” Their sourdough is made with organic flour and cold-fermented for 24–72 hours, creating deep flavour and bread that’s easier to digest. Born from a love of slow food, their project is all about quality products and human connection, something that we truly resonate with at Gallo Coffee as well.

For this pop-up, they’re bringing:

🥪 Soft grilled sourdough bikini toasties
– Ham & cheese
– Tomato & mozzarella

🧈 BMO (Danish “bolle med ost”)
– Sourdough bun with homemade whipped butter & selected cheese

🍪 Sourdough chocolate cookies made to pair perfectly with our coffee

🍞 As well as their signature sourdough loaves & buns to take home!
