After having the Bagel Boy with us last weekend, we’re very happy to welcome Palento | sourdough micro-bakery to Gallo Coffee for another special pop-up next Saturday🍞

Expect all the sourdough goodness: freshly baked sourdough bread, cinnamon buns, cardamom swirls, and bikini sandwiches with veggie & meat options.

THE REAL NY-STYLE BAGELS ARE COMING TO SITGES! 🥯☕️

Next Sunday, September 13, we’re bringing the Bagel Boy experience from Barcelona to Gallo Coffee in Sitges for one day only!

Come and get your hands on authentic NY-style bagels, cream cheese and incredible bagel sandwiches. And of course, pair them with a delicious cup of Honduran specialty coffee from Gallo Coffee ☕️

We’re excited to welcome .lento, a Danish microbakery from Sant Pere de Ribes, back to Gallo Coffee for another special pop-up!

Made with organic flour and slowly cold-fermented, their sourdough is all about incredible flavour, quality, and craftsmanship.

This Sunday they’ll be bringing:
🥪 Soft grilled sourdough bikini toasties
– Ham & cheese
– Tomato & mozzarella

🧈 Fresh sourdough cinnamon buns

🍞 Signature sourdough loaves to take home

It’s here! Our brand new, much-awaited La Marzocco KB90 has finally arrived ☕️

We’ve been waiting for this moment for months, and we couldn’t be be happier that it made it just in time as summer season in Sitges is about to kick off. We’re beyond excited to finally have it installed and ready to serve you 🥰

A huge thank you to for all the help along the way. And a special shoutout to our MVP La Marzocco Mini that carried us through these past months and that we definitely pushed way beyond its limits ❤️
