Después de honrar el fuego de nuestra cocina, toca celebrar el alma de nuestra sala. Aquí tenéis a las dos reinas, y , que os reciben con alegría y nos sostienen en cada uno de los servicios 👑✨. Son las manos expertas tras el caos, la risa que llena el espacio y la razón por la que os sentís en casa antes de que el primer plato llegue a la mesa.

Here I am with Marité —Big Mama— queen of the realm 😂 alongside her brother-in-law Jhun and her husband René. They’ve been holding down this kitchen since day one. Blood and bones 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Mezcal Monday is my favorite night for moments like that. Having at the house is always a treat, and the .ibiza crew—, , and —were on another level. Incredible musicians and even better humans.
The energy was unreal; everyone dancing, singing, and feeling that “plate to plate” connection—between the wax they were spinning and the tacos we were putting out with so much love.
Come through and enjoy; that’s what we’re here for. Make yourselves at home. 🥂🌮🥊

El Mezcal Monday es mi noche favorita por momentos como este. Tener a en casa siempre es un lujo, y lo de los chicos de .ibiza (, y ) fue de otro planeta; nivelazo musical y gente increíble. Se bailó, se cantó y se sintió esa conexión de “plato a plato” —entre lo que ellos pinchaban y lo que nosotros sacábamos de cocina—.
Aquí van los tacos que preparamos con tanto amor para acompañar la vibra. Pasad y disfrutad, que para eso estamos. Estáis en vuestra casa.

Sometimes, natural evolution leads you exactly where you belong. 🌾🔥

For a long time, I’ve had the privilege of bringing my kitchen to your private villas. Today, I’m thrilled to share that my fire has a permanent home: I’m officially taking over the kitchen as Head Chef at .lhasa.ibiza .

This photo is me and Andrés, my partner-in-crime from the trenches, mid-service, catching the rhythm. Because that’s the secret: it’s not just me, it’s the human factor. We are a true culinary family and you can taste it in every dish. No filters, no shortcuts.

Come see us in San Lorenzo—the vibe is on fire (and the food… well, come find out 😉).

To my long-time clients: I’m still doing private services, but my heart and my focus are NOW with Lhasa. If you want a spot on my calendar, you’ll have to be quick.

A veces, la evolución natural te lleva exactamente a donde perteneces. 🌾🔥

Durante mucho tiempo, he tenido el privilegio de llevar mi cocina a vuestras villas privadas. Hoy, me hace muy feliz compartir que mi fuego tiene un hogar permanente: asumo oficialmente el mando de la cocina como Head Chef en .lhasa.ibiza

En esta foto estamos Andrés, mi compañero de trinchera, y yo en pleno servicio, cogiendo el ritmo. Porque ese es el secreto: no soy solo yo, es el factor humano. Somos una verdadera familia culinaria y eso se nota en cada plato. Sin filtros, sin atajos.

Venid a vernos a San Lorenzo; el ambiente está que arde (y la comida… bueno, mejor venid a probarla 😉).

A mis clientes de siempre: sigo haciendo servicios privados, pero mi corazón y mi enfoque están AHORA con Lhasa. Si queréis un hueco en mi agenda, tendréis que ser rápidos.
